Black Diamond Snowmobiling

8000Yen

Based out of our new head office in Niseko Village, Black Diamond Snowmobiles offers full throttle action and an opportunity to carve powder turns with a 500cc machine between your legs. Perfect for riders of all ability levels and open to guests 12 years old and up. Our new location offers great open on-and-off track terrain, small groups (max 4 per trip) and of course the best guides in the biz!

Trips are 1 hour in length with 20 minutes spent suiting up and receiving safety instructions followed by 40 minutes of riding time. Please come equipped with your regular ski equipment (minus the skis and snowboards!). Snowboard boots are ideal footwear so bring them if you have them otherwise we'll provide boots, helmets and goggles. For any visitors that don't have ski gear, BD will provide pants, jackets and gloves at no extra charge.

Trip Departures available every day all winter (snow and weather permitting) at the following times:

  • Trip 1: 9:30am - 10:30am
  • Trip 2: 11:00am - 12:00pm
  • Trip 3: 12:30pm - 1:30pm
  • Trip 4: 2:00pm - 3:00pm
  • Trip 5: 3:30pm - 4:30pm

Please arrive on site 5-10 minutes before your trip to complete waivers, make payment and get ready for the trip.

Access:

Free Shuttles!! We offer free shuttles to and from Hirafu village and will meet you in the Hirafu Seicomart parking lot 15 minutes prior to the scheduled trip start time. Please request your shuttle at the time of booking.

Bus: Catch the Niseko Free Passport bus from anywhere in the Niseko United Area. Make sure your bus is headed towards Niseko Village and get off at the Milk Kobo stop. You will see our office across the street as soon as you get off the bus. If you have a few extra minutes, pop into the Milk Kobo and sample their delicious Chou Cream or other famous treats all made from local Niseko dairy products. Transport on the Free Passport bus is free with your All Mountain Lift ticket or costs 500Yen if you do not have a ticket. Bus timetables can be found on the pack of all Niseko United Trail Maps.

Ski: From anywhere in the Niseko United area, follow signs to the Niseko Village ski area and ski to the mountain base. Please note that at the bottom you want to keep right and head towards the big green building (former home of the decommissioned Higashiyama gondola) and DO NOT ski all the way over to the Hilton Hotel / Niseko Village gondola base. From the parking lot, head straight out the access road and make a right turn at the first road you reach. Follow this road and after about 200 meters you will pass Black Diamond Lodge. Stay on the road for another 300 meters and you will see the Black Diamond Tours office on your right hand side.
